Cordoba Funds started as a way to pool capital from friends and family who wanted to invest alongside us in single-family homes. Since 2016, we have raised over $30M of capital backed by 300+ investors, with investments across 100+ single-family homes, retail strip centers and land development. Cordoba Funds has operated more than 10 funds across the country with six funds successfully completed.

Throughout all of this, we’ve never compromised on our principles of staying debt-free and always personally investing our own capital.
